Picnic on the Prairie

Come Meet the Animals!

This is your chance to come out and meet all of the wonderful Peaceful Prairie Sanctuary residents!

Come see the endearing individuals rescued and cared for thanks to your support. Walk through the fields with the goats and sheep, sit by the pond with the ducks and geese, and "Cock-a-doodle-doo" along with the talkative roosters.  Give a pig a belly rub and compliment the turkeys as they proudly display their spring plumage.

Amanda Groves will be giving two guided tours:
The first, at 11:30 AM, and the second at 1:30 PM.

If you would like to join one of the tours, please RSVP asap. Space will be limited.

Sunday, May 18, 11:30 AM- 3:00 PM

Admission - $25 Adults, $10 Children

Leading Veg will be selling lots of delicious picnic fare (veggie dogs, burgers, brats, side salads, and more - All Vegan & All scrumptious!) with proceeds going to the Sanctuary!

In case of rain, we will reschedule for June 14th.

If you are unable to attend the Picnic but wish to support our work, please consider making a Donation or Sponsoring an Animal today.

Thank you!

Peaceful Prairie Sanctuary is the only all farmed animal sanctuary and advocacy organization in the entire Rocky Mountain Region, dedicated to the 98% of all animals in need who remain the largest group of animals disproportionately served - farmed animals.

We also proudly provide life-long care for thousands of animals, have year round vegan education and outreach campaigns, and do everything with no paid staff or paid office space. 100% of your donations go directly to the care of rescued farmed animals and the advocacy for the billions more.

Join us for a day of smiles at Peaceful Prairie Sanctuary!
