Sarah's Spanakopita 1 box FILLO dough (phylo) ½ teaspoon garlic powder ½ teaspoon onion powder 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes 2 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons Italian dressing 1 large tablespoon Veganaise Salt and pepper Sautéed onion & mushrooms Spinach Preheat oven to 400. Spray bottom of baking dish w/oil. Peel off one sheet of fillo and place in pan, and spray top w/ oil. Repeat for seven sheets. Pour filling in and top with 8 more sheets of fillo, spraying each w/ oil. You can top with toasted sesame seeds, pine nuts, or paprika. Bake for approx. 20 in. or until golden brown. |
